A key role to play
Stork Special Products is one of the companies working in the prototype phase of the Boxer (Multi-Role Armoured Vehicle) program and takes care of the powerpack, the air-conditioning and NBC protection for the crew compartment. Due to the high technical standards required, Stork Special Products is in her element with the request for technical perfection in shock, EMC and climate conditions. During the development we take account of the life cycle cost of the vehicle. If it is necessary Stork Special Products will re-engineer the COTS items to fit for the purpose they are required for, with a very tight envelope or restrictions on shock and vibrations. Under the same technical restrictions Stork Special Products is able to develop complete new products, and the final deliverables that are developed will be made to fit in the minimal envelope and will be easy to use, maintain and handle for the crew.
