CV9035
New programme
As part of the programme “Replacement Armoured Vehicles YPR and M557” the Dutch DMO organisation has placed an order to BAE Systems Hägglunds AB for a total of 184 CV9035 infantry fighting vehicles (150 PRI infantry and 34 PRCO commander).
Tasks
The CV9035 infantry fighting vehicles are purchased to be operational during conflicts and controlling crisis situations in the higher violence spectrum. The armoured vehicle is chosen for its multi purpose capabilities and usability. The CV9035 infantry fighting vehicle will act beside de Leopard 2A6 main battle tank as the core of the mechanised armoured brigades.
Stork Special Products
BAE Systems Hägglunds as main contractor of the programme has given Stork Special Products the order to develop an integrated ECS system for this vehicle. With specifications from the user, the RNLA, and the existing interfaces of the CV9035 as a challenge, Stork Special Products has successfully finalised the development programme and will start the series production.
