HSWL 354

The Leopard 2A6 is equipped with the HSWL 354, a highly proven and reliable transmission as used in the Leopard 2 main battle tank and recovery tank. The latest version is produced since 1983 and is in service with 11 western countries to date, the transmissions for the Netherlands are serviced by Stork Special Products. With its power of 1100 kW it is an ideal transmission for tracked vehicles up to 60 tons.

Stork Special Products activities for these transmissions comprise the after sales activities as refurbishments, overhauls, repairs and performing modification programmes.

In the in-house transmission testing area all transmissions will have a functional and a load test before the transmission will be returned to the customer.
