Repair, overhaul and new build
Engines are part of the history, present and future of Stork Special Products. Since the 1980’s Stork Special Products is an authorised workshop of MTU Friedrichshafen, Germany. Engines for Leopard 2 MBT, the Leopard 2 Recovery Vehicle, PzH 2000 and the Boxer are assembled, tested, maintained, repaired and overhauled in the excellent equipped workshop of Stork Special Products. Next to those military engines Stork Special Products maintains the MTU engine that is the main power unit for the DE 64/6500 series diesel locomotives.

Quality control
With her modern test facilities, Stork Special Products is able to diagnose and/or test all those engines before they are returned to the customer. Because of their different behaviour, application and size, all of the engines have their own test schedules. The continuous quality awareness and quality control of the personnel ensures that all engines are maintained well and that they remain ready for duty.
